Re-Leveling Sunken Pavers

Sunken and tilted pavers usually mean the base beneath them has shifted or settled. We carefully lift and clean the affected blocks, compact the sunken area, then re-bed it with a high-performance bedding layer. The blocks are relaid to the correct line and elevation, joints are re-sanded, the surface is compacted, and the polymeric sand is wetted in for a stable, even finish that looks freshly installed.

Re-Sanding & Re-Jointing

Joints are the unsung hero of interlock — once the sand washes out, weeds and ants move in and pavers start to shift. Our process starts with a thorough pressure wash to strip out weeds, moss, and old degraded joint material. We then resand the joints with premium polymeric sand, compact the surface to settle the sand deep into every joint, and wet it in to activate the binder — creating a long-lasting seal against weeds, moss, and erosion.

Full Interlock Restoration

Our complete restoration brings both processes together: we lift and re-level any sunken blocks with fresh high-performance bedding, then pressure wash, resand, compact, and wet in polymeric sand across the whole surface.
